Early Head Start (Childcare)

Through the Early Head Start–Child Care Partnership, JO’S Learning Academy serves infants and toddlers (6 weeks–3 years) at our North and South locations. We provide individualized support, family engagement, and developmental screenings to build a strong foundation for lifelong success.

Early Head Start (EHS) is designed to promote the healthy development of children while empowering parents and caregivers as their child’s first and most important teachers.

Program Highlights

Early Head Start services are available at no cost to eligible children ages 6 weeks to 3 years old. Through individualized support, family engagement events, and parent education, our program helps families achieve their personal goals and build a strong foundation for lifelong success.

Family-focused events include mobile libraries, fresh produce giveaways, and interactive activities that inspire learning and strengthen community connections. Vision, hearing, lead, and developmental screenings are also provided to ensure the health and overall well-being of every child.
