JO’S Learning Academy was honored to welcome Governor Tony Evers and Senator LaTonya Johnson to our school for a special visit. The Governor and Senator toured our classrooms, greeted students, and spoke with our leadership team about the importance of early learning and the role that child care centers like JO’S play in shaping the future of our community.
During their visit, Governor Evers and Senator Johnson observed children engaged in interactive lessons and shared in the joyful energy of our students. They also learned more about JO’S history of service—over 50 years of providing high-quality education and nurturing care to children in Milwaukee.
“This recognition is truly a game changer for what we can do and offer our community,” said Schnell Lambert-Price, CEO of JO’S Learning Academy. “It means we can continue to enhance programs, expand opportunities, and provide the very best for our families.”
This visit underscores the vital role JO’S Learning Academy plays in supporting children, families, and the broader Milwaukee community. We are proud to stand as a leader in early childhood education and look forward to building on this exciting moment.
